What we collect and how it is used

Name, email, mobile, city or district, participation category, institution, designation or course, optional interests, consent timestamp and registration reference are stored securely. Authorised administrators may search records, export them for event operations and record attendance. Confirmation email is sent when email delivery is configured.

Your information and choices

Registration details are not published. Event hosting and email providers may process data to deliver these services. Registration and attendance records may also be copied to a restricted organiser Google Sheet for event administration. Authorised organiser accounts and the dedicated sync service can access that copy. Contact info@qualinovahub.com to request access, correction or deletion. Do not submit patient information or sensitive medical details.

Cookies and retention

The admin area uses essential session cookies. Public registration uses no advertising cookies. The organiser must confirm the final retention period and service-provider details before public launch. Event data should be retained only as needed for event administration and applicable obligations.
